NSF Certification Enforcement Actions

The following manufacturers do not have the specifically identified products certified by NSF and/or are misusing the registered NSF Certification Mark on their products, in literature, or on their website. They may also be trying to imply that their products are certified when they are not.

Products listed here may also have had their certification revoked for noncompliance. The products which are no longer Certified will be displayed here for a period not to exceed two years. Description: The Polylok Inc. production facility located in Evansville, IN was certified by NSF International in 2006. That certification was withdrawn on September 8, 2007. Models A100-8x32-VC, A100-8x18-VC, A100-12x20, A100-12x20 with ball, A300-8x18-VC, and A300-12x20 with ball manufactured since June 13, 2007; and any model manufactured after September 8, 2007 are not recognized as meeting the requirements for certification.

This company has no products certified by NSF International.
